[GreenKeys] Another Project - Transmitter Sequencer

Here's another project I'm working on. It's chief purpose is to make sure
the RF bypass relay in a power amplifier is not hot switched. But, it also
adds Keyboard Operated Send to terminal units that do not have that
feature (like the Flesher TU-170A and TU-300). It senses keyboard
operation by detecting the high voltage across the printer during keyboard
operation and ignores the high voltage pulses generated during receive by
the selector magnet flyback voltage.
