Funny you ask this as I've been thinking of digging out a
2B and 14RO acquired years ago that need a lot of work to
bring back (rust!). #1 on the project list is to build a stand
alone test box (the Solid State TD, offered here long ago).
This version will have a 60mA loop supply built in and
output accurate RY and 'quick brown fox' messages.
Great fun!

Also now on the hunt for a head and speed meter that goes on a Boehme 4-D
CW tape reader. John Lawson and his stash of Wheatstone
gear got me thinking about this. Already have a WPE18 
paper tape punch. Guess I'll need an inker too....a never
ending quest!
