[GreenKeys] Precise baud timing

Start and 5 data bits are 22ms long, stop bit is 31 ms for most 
machines, but some newer ones only use 22ms long stop bit.  So a 
complete character is either 7.42 x 22ms = 163.24 ms  or 7.0 x 22ms = 154ms
