[GreenKeys] Model 12

I just added four more pix I have from 2003 of the bare table, showing 
it from all four sides without the typing unit and keyboard/distributor. 
  It was when I was starting to rewire the table back to stock, or at 
least sorta kinda.  The quality of those pictures isn't great, they were 
taken with an early digital camera I had at the time.  I don't have any 
photos of the entire unit assembled with the cover on.
