[GreenKeys] M14/15/19 Ribbons

While these ribbons from Walmart will work well with the Teletype Models
14/15/19, they have a larger spool which will interfere with the ribbon
reverse mechanism on a Teletype Model 28, especially an LPR but also to
some extent to a Model 28 LP.
