[GreenKeys] Hello Greenkeys! (And looking for an M43 KSR)

We had a 43 at our booth at VCFMW. It had holes blown in its ribbon,
someone did find a new one, but of course it was dry and print quality
was terrible.

I am seeing more and more interest in hard copy terminals. I imagine
some factory somewhere is still manufacturing pin head assemblies,
whoever makes a repro teletype or silent 700 or similar is gonna make
a tidy sum selling them on tindie and ebay.
