[GreenKeys] Model 28 stock ticker

Thanks to the enormous help from a number of greenkeyers here I have the 
stock ticker working.

This took type blocks, paper tape, oil and grease recommendations, and 
lots of tech help on the mechanicals.

I am driving the unit with an Arduino with a bit-banged serial routine.  
The way I did it isn't optimal but works fine as a test signal 
generator.  (not optimal because it is blocking rather than interrupt 
timer driven)

Now I will work on some software to retrieve some current market data 
and have the unit print it out in real time.

I'm wondering what I should do with this thing.  It doesn't deserve to 
sit on my shelf and rarely be used.  Perhaps some museum of some kind?  
I have to think about that.
