[GreenKeys] Model 28 stock ticker progress

It would appear that the top two rows of the type box print at the top 
edge of the tape, and the bottom two print on the bottom edge. Bit 6 of 
the code is like top edge, bottom edge selection. Have you notice there 
are two print hammers?  IIRC bit six is hammer selection.   This is a 
very application specific machine.
