I've worked with that web site.  Nice photos of another 6-bit punch block with advanced feed holes, and a useful set of measurements.  Of course, I'm aiming at an 8-bit block.

Also note, the frame dimensions of the BRPE seem to have evolved.  Early BRPEs only seem to have had provisions for 5, 6 and perhaps 7-level blocks.  Later BRPEs like mine used a spacer to fit narrower punch blocks in a space wide enough for an 8-bit block.  See this photo:
