[GreenKeys] Low paper indicator/ shut off model 28

Though not suitable for unattended operation, I like the simplicity of the
red mark along the side of the paper at the end of the roll. Similarly, I
think punched tape should have end of line markers every 70 or so
characters. This would be a lot simpler than the character counters on
perforators. If there are a lot of unprintable characters on the tape
(such as FIGS and LTRS), the line would be short. But the simplicity
compared with the character counters on perforators seems worth it.

A software solution on printer end of paper could be for the terminal unit
to count line fees and warn you when a roll's worth of line feeds have
been received.
