[GreenKeys] 850 Stream

Howdy All,

I have this simple web application that generates afsk on the fly from a
database. I'll be adding some new bulletins and messages / enhancements to
it in the future.
I was thinking it may be neat to do a public (moderated) message board.
Anyway.. feel free to check it out and use it as much as you like.
