[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 33 ASR Paper Tape Punch Cover Needed

I would thank everyone who helped get my Teletype Model 33 ASR up and 
running.  Special thanks to Wayne and Paul.

I am looking for the following parts.  I got what ever I could from Paul 
and Wayne

192912 Lid 3 (Paper tape punch lid, not automatic)
182965 Chad Box (I 3D printed a chad box but if anyone has a spare 
original chad box looking for a good home, please let me know)
186605 or 183966 Paper Deflector
186226 Mobility Kit

Rolls of Paper tape (i may have enough but I want to have enough to 
punch readable characters on paper tape at the next VCF Midwest conference.
