[GreenKeys] Another AFSK News Stream - Ras Pi

I just tried the below on cygwin:

 mpv https://w6iwi.org/rtty/audio/npr/audio/60wpm/latest.php

and it worked... You could have a shell script that calls this over and
over, and it SHOULD give you continuous audio always feeding the latest.
