Ken,

Most pictures don't need to be more than 100K or so (unless you are 
going to print it out as a poster), but you generally don't know at what 
resolution your camera is storing the picture.  So you just take it and 
send it.  Most email reflectors allow 10M, but Mailman.qth only allows 5M.

In WIN 10, you could easily resize a picture (right-click menu) before 
you sent it, but I can't find that command in WIN 11 anymore (without 
taking it into an editing program).

So we have to be careful of picture size here on Greenkeys. (Gil usually 
reviews and OKs pictures >5M within 24 hrs)
