[GreenKeys] UGC-136BX sending data

So far the only thing I'm having issue with is sending data from the
UGC-136BX..
I get nothing on pin 2 when typing on the keyboard. I gel local echo but no
change in the voltage on pin 2.
I've tried setting pin 3 (TX1NH1C) to +6 and to -6V but with no success.
Before I delve into the circuit, if another Greenkeyer has
successfully transmitted from the TTY, please let me know the switch
settings and if you need to tie pin 3.

I might try port 2 (there seems to be three on the 25 pin connector
according to the manual)

BTW I think it was stated that the unit does not do 45.45 Bd ... it does.
