[GreenKeys] ribbon guide issue M15

GKs,
  M15 problem. Well this is frustrating.Cannot get the guide that the ink ribbon goes through to fit correctly.The lever that moves the guide up and down seems off center.There is no adjustment and even if there were the slot the lever sits inhas no wiggle room so I cannot even bend it to make it work.The lever does not move up and down freely and gets hung rubbing on the sides of the slot.I'm perplexed. How did this ever fit to begin with?Anyone else ever run into this issue?
To be fair I can never get any product to go back into the original packaging so there's that.
