It's part 24033 WASHER - LEATHER.

I might have one, but I'd have to check.

If you have to make one,

Get a piece of leather about 1mm thick. Cut out a washer
of the proper dimensions. Oil it with Hydrophane, which
is a silicone oil used on horse tack.

If the only problem is that your existing leather washer
is stiff, oil it with Hydrophane. That lasts for decades.

You could probably use neoprene rubber. The model
15 predates oil-resistant rubber, which is why it
has that elaborate dashpot instead of a rubber stop.

It's not just a seal. Notice that the washer on one side
is much larger than the one on the other side. So the
leather washer stops airflow in one direction, but
folds out of the way in the other.
