[GreenKeys] Update to NYT Feed

At the request of KH6CN, there is now an autostart news feed at
https://w6iwi.org/rtty/audio/nyt/ . This is the same as the 60 wpm feed
except that if the articles take less than an hour to send, the file is
appended with silence to make it an hour long. Depending on what the NYT
puts in their news wire API, I've seen the 60 wpm feed take 20 minutes to
90 minutes. If it is short, autostart machines will shut down until an
hour after the feed was started, then start again.
