I don't but it would not be too difficult for me to do ASCII to TTS in my
NYT feed. The NYT does use some UTF-8 sequences (I found open and close
quotation marks this morning), which I convert to ASCII (open or close
quotes go to "double quote" in ASCII), which I then convert to Baudot.
