[GreenKeys] Model 28ASR ribbon re-inker

I checked the ASR vs KSR cabinet clearances and they are pretty close to 
the same as far as distance between the ribbon mechanism and the cabinet 
side.  So I would say it would fit on an RO or KSR for standard 
cabinets.  The skin tight or rack mount versions I can't check, but 
doubt they have room. The compact version (UGC-20/25) has no room.
