[GreenKeys] HD3030 almost working

Good evening all, 
I’ve tried connecting my HD3030 and Model 19 to my rig for this weekend’s contest. Success to TX, but none for RX. 
I’ve got the diodes and jumpers installed for the current loop, which activates as long as the RDA threshold is met. However, even though I see the LEDs lighting for mark and space while decoding a signal, the magnet doesn’t disengage. The output of each of the filters is about 4V. If I hook up a signal generator with the proper frequencies, I can get the magnet to engage and disengage. 

I appreciate any tips on what to check here. I’m so close to getting on the air!
