[GreenKeys] Standard 2" ribbons

    Thanks for the tip on the eyelets and tool. The ribbon price is a 
good one. There are at least three materials for ribbons, cotton, nylon 
and silk. I am not sure silk is still made. Nylon and silk are sharper 
but cotton is darker. I recently got some cotton extra dark ribbons for 
my antique Underwoods but the type is somwhat uneven in darkness. Have 
to try the ribbon in a different machine to see if its the ribbon or the 
machine (or my fingers). If you go through a lot of ribbons you can get 
them in bulk. Cut them to length and add eyelets if necessary. The hard 
things to get are specialized spools but I think Teleype used standard 
Underwood spools which are easy to find.
