Hey Bowman,

Yeah, in the photo, it is confusing since I have the version 1 and 2 boards in series with each other.  The data is fed via USB from the Raspberry Pi, to the Volpe v2 board.  The default setup for the serial address should already be in the settings file, but mileage may vary… you may have to find the serial address in Terminal and write it over into the setting file (replacing the default value for the serial address).

Now I do know that when I was test running the ittyWxV2 version on my Raspberry Pi 3 B+, the thing would clunk out after a couple of weeks (but then again I can’t say that the code was all the way there yet), so I upgraded to the newest Raspberry Pi and it works perfectly.  Coding slightly differs between the two and you *might* have to install some dependancies on the 3 B+ that would already in the newest OS, but I think — as I remember — that you’ll get an error telling you to do so, if it’s not already there.
