[GreenKeys] Paper tape

Eric,

All Kleinschmidt Laboratories Inc. machines used 7/8" tape and printed 
on the wide margin. (All KLI tape readers would read both 11/16" and 
7/8" tape and some KLI reperfs could use 11/16" tape, printing over the 
feed holes.)

7/8" tape was also used by 6-bit Teletypesetter equipment.
