[GreenKeys] UGC-136 ribbon update

[Nick England]

I have some other cartridges too. Unfortunately the ones I have opened so
far have a half-twist in the ribbon. So they won’t work in the UGC-136
cartridge.

I have experimented with cutting, untwisting, and rejoining, but haven’t
worked out how to make a reliable smooth splice yet.

I have several suggestions on ribbon suppliers and that is next weeks
project.
