[GreenKeys] Model 15 Restoration UPDATE

1. The keybasket and the characters are better aligned than they were
but there is still room for improvement.
I placed the keybasket from a TT-19 on the unit to see if any keys
were better aligned...one was  the 'Z'.
So that was moved to the TT-15 basket.
A better ribbon has increased the contrast.

2. The good news is that the unit was used for a live 'chat' with
another owner of a TT-15 located some 70km [44miles] distant.
Probably the first time being online for this unit in 55 years. We
used the I-TELEX network.

3. One hurdle that had me stumped for a while was that the unit was
running at 50 baud (67 WPM) and not the 45.45 (60 WPM) I had first
thought.
The governed motor has a speed of 2,100RPM on the ID plate and would
seem to be running at about 2,410RPM according to a stroboscope.
(I do not have the tuning fork).

4. There is some more detailed video work to do, (I am making a video
of the restoration) and then this one should be completed.
The next project is a Model 14 typing reperforator...
