I have seen a couple of posts linking to manuals on my web site using
virhistory.com/navy/manuals/*
That will work now but maybe not in the future!
Instead, please use
navy-radio.com/manuals/*

For the present, these are one and the same, but navy-radio.com might some
day move from where I created it within my pre-existing virhistory.com
site.
