[GreenKeys] Widening a BRPE punch to 8 bits

I've finished a big chunk of the work involved in widening a BRPE punch to 8 bits, as described in the log entry linked here (with photos):

The wires were all there waiting to be connected to the missing solenoids.  The linkages all move freely.  Of course, after I finish reassembly, I still need an 8-bit punch block, and I'm pretty sure I'll have to go over all of the adjustments, not to mention lubrication.
