On that note, I have a 15 that I’m willing to part with. A lot of the inside wiring was gutted by a local ham who was the pioneering ARES manager for the county back in the day… from my understanding, he gutted it in a way so that he could receive weather bulletins over-the-air from the NWS (when they still provided Teletype over-the-air feeds, that is… or it may have been a MARS machine — I’m still not sure which one of the two he had were which). I have taken a spring or a key-top off of it over time (very restorable, depending on what you want to do with it — and has a cover too), but I have no need for it and it’s just sitting in a closet right now in near-perfect shape otherwise!... needs a home! Located in Nebraska.
