If you don't have a meter, check out eBay.I always monitor my loop currents.You get a feel for how the meter should lookespecially on RYs.
Attached pictures include 3 TS jacks withshoulder washers and flat washers.
3 TRS jacks and 6 TRS jacks.I can mount as many as 9 jacks on a 4x4 box.
The last picture shows a homebrew loop supplyand shows how I mount my meters.
