[GreenKeys] Seeking patch panel with loop supply

I have thought about making something like this using the 15290 supply (

). I'm thinking along the lines of a bunch of 1/4 inch TRS shorting jacks
on the front panel. There would also be an AC outlet that would become
live on any loop activity and stay hot for 30 to 60 seconds after the last
loop activity.
It sounds like you may also be looking for some sort of loop repeater
where one loop could key another. Is that the case? I'd be tempted to
make something like that as an independent box with a couple TRS plugs,
one plugged into the originating loop, and the other plugged into the loop
to be keyed.
