I've added some photos of one of my TTY projects I mentioned a while 
back for generating TTY FSK audio using a Raspberry Pi, They are near 
the bottom of the page here:

You use the 3 position 'coded' toggle switches to select the source or 
file and then cycle power to reboot. The stream will start automagically 
in a minute or so. For better audio you may use a usb-audio adapter 
cord. You don't need a screen. But can attach a screen, KB and mouse for 
editing if you like. I use Putty and Winscp remotely from a laptop. This 
is my first python project so just getting my feet wet.
