So further research shows that 195996 is the driven gear on the LP 
(printer) main shaft.

above from 573-115-800 at the usual website

 From the installation instructions (573-100-201)

So what is call the driving gear above can be any of 3 numbers, 195999 
for 60 speed, 195993 for 75 speed and 195997 for 100 speed.
