I remember when I first started in broadcasting in 1970, there was a
section of part 73 of the FCC rules that dealt with facsimile
broadcasting. This morning, I ran across this article (

) on radio broadcasting of newspapers. Also, these 1957 FCC rules (
https://hallikainen.org/org/FCC/FccRules/1957/1957Fcc3.pdf#page=151 )
specified the standards for facsimilie broadcasting.
