[GreenKeys] Unadjustable Model 19 (15)

Dear all,

I have been working on adjusting a model 19 printer mechanism (it is
identical to the model 15), I have aligned the motor speed, and no matter
how I move the side speed adjustment for the signal, it won't print RYRYRY,
I have it set properly through MMTTY and I am at a loss for what could be
wrong.

Has anyone had this issue, and if so how was it fixed?

Potential issues - The motor was aligned with a tuning fork of the correct
VPS, but I may have done it wrong.
