I am not at all familiar with the DXP 38, so decided to see what Google 
would tell me.

eham.net has reviews and users seem to like it.

However, I also found the user manual.  As far as I can tell there is no 
interface for a model 15, that is, no loop supply.  It appears that it 
is designed for an interface to a computer via RS-232 connection.

I recommend down loading the manual and reviewing it to see if it will 
do what you want.
