[GreenKeys] ITTY to real Teletype

On a PC I was using, I was just reading the screen, and not sending on 
to a real machine.  I was letting it run 24/7, but at times I'd come 
back into the room and find it stalled.  I don't recall if the problem 
was resolved.Unfortunately that PC is currently mothballed due to some 
renovations going on.

I don't think curl knows whats in the bit stream.  It just fetches the 
audio stream and pipes it to lame
