[GreenKeys] ITTY to real Teletype

Kinda related in that it is ITTY and Linux, I'm trying to convert the ITTY
MP3 stream to an 8 bit 8 kHz WAV stream. So far, I'm thinking something
like

wget -O - http://internet-tty.net:8000/ITTY | lame --mp3input -m m
--resample 8 - -

Ideally this would send a stream to STDOUT which I can then send to the
web server.

Any ideas on how to do this?
