[GreenKeys] Measurement of Power Line Noise

Greenkeys content - my 28RT has two 15uF power factor correction capacitors

- other tape relay equipment does too because there were so many motors in
one of those installations.
I don't think individual KSR or ASR sets do, but maybe?
