I’m going to take a wild stab at this and guess that this is a Western Electric office maybe?  In the one photo — bottom-right — at first I thought it was a phone book on the lower shelf but looking closer, I think it says Western Electric Co. on the side.  Also, it almost looks like Western Electric font on the cover with a globe?  Again, just a wild guess ;p …..
