I agree the paper tape is questionable. You can’t tell what the punch reader itself is could be the wrong paper it could be a hybrid machine that’s been upgraded transformed who the heck knows.

That said the paper tape looks 5 bit to me. It may be someone put the wrong tape in it.

Borrow keyboard would indicate a 33 to me. As opposed to the three row keyboard on the 32.
