A fellow named Ken Sanders,  WØARO, contacted another group with the 
following offer:

I retired from AT&T in 2003 and somewhere in my 30 years came across 
some documents associated with the model 28.  I have a 1954 AT&T Long 
Lines manual titled “How to Operate the No. 28 Teletypewriter on Private 
Line Service.”  It has a color cover and is like a magazine except the 
cover is stiffer paper.  The inside 26 page printing is black and white. 
I also have a 4 sheet wiring diagram for the model 28 dated 2/21/62 
which measures 11”x 34”.
