[GreenKeys] ITTY at 100 words per minute

My 28RO is 100 WPM, but I usually run it from the 60 WPM ITTY stream and
use a microcontroller (AFSK input, AFSK output) to upshift the data rate
from 60 to 100 WPM for the 28RO. Of course, in doing this, the characters
are printed at 60 WPM intervals, but it works for me.
If I need a 100 WPM stream (and I sometimes do), I can always use FLDIGI to
copy and save 15 to 30 min of data from the 60 WPM ITTY stream and then
play it back locally at 100 WPM for my 28RO.
