[GreenKeys] Flexowriters cheap to good home (Salt Lake City, UT)

Hi Gang,

I have some Friden Flexowriters that I rescued from the Black Hole
Surplus in Los Alamos, NM a bunch of years (>10? egads) ago.

They need the usual mechanical restoration (degunking, cleaning,
calibration, etc.) that you would expect from equipment that's been
unused and in storage for multiple decades.

I rescued them because I thought they were worth saving, but they're a
little far from my wheel house (computer graphics), so they're
probably better off finding a new home with someone that has more
passion for them than I do.

Honestly, I can't even remember what I paid for them, but it was
probably like $20 ea. or less. I have two models, the "older" model
that was used as an IBM console and a "newer" model that looks more
like a Selectric style electric typewriter.

The downside is that you have to come get them :) from me as they are
large, semi-fragile and not really amenable to naked shipping. There
is an option to deliver them to someone at VCFmw in September as well.

I'm more interested in them finding a proper home than "making a
profit".

Feel free to email me directly legalize at xmission.com but I'll keep an
eye on the list.
