[GreenKeys] Teletype Loops

If you have metal shells on the two wire T&S jacks you can put a heat 
shrink tubing sleeve over the shells leaving about an inch extra long to 
reinforce the cable end. This keeps similar to original TT design and 
reduces shocks.

Remember to use the fiber insulator washers for the 1/4" socket plugs or 
mount on insulated plates.

RG58 makes a durable cable and you probably already have some.

Always float the loop when possible. More than grounding in one place 
causes problems. Many terminal units have one end common to the panel.
