For those whose Google fu is just not up to snuff, If there was an ARPE, 
ARPE, and DRPE, I assume A,B,D were generations, but what does RPE stand 
for, if anything?  Something Paper Something?

Apologies if this is a dumb question, I am just very curious. But, my 
searches, while finding the units, doesn't share the acronym expansion, 
if one actually exists.
