[GreenKeys] Model 28 KSR part identification

I removed all of the assembles from the cabinet.  Unit appears to be in very good condition.  I did however find one little part lying loose inside. I looked in the parts manual but didn’t see anything that looks like it.  Can anyone help identify it?
