[GreenKeys] Model 15 printer unit

Hello
Well, I think I bit off more than I can chew. I tried soaking the printer unit from my model 19 in a Simple Green solution and it ate a lot of the paint off the frame and made a big mess.
So now I’m going to have to take the whole printer assembly apart, clean and repaint the frame and put it back together. Things come apart ok. But reassembling everything might be more of an issue. 
Anyone knowledgeable to help with that?
