I've examined keytops that were coming apart. There's a thin walled metal body part with indents to lock them into place on a key lever. Inside that part is a spring and another metal part, captive inside the first part, & riding on the spring. Above that part is the cap itself bearing the letter, which appears to be a sandwich of paper or plastic and clear plastic overlay. I'm not sure 3D printing could yield two pieces as thin as the metal parts & have any strength. But I'm not an expert on printing techniques. Perhaps a complete redesign? But all keys may have to be printed in order to match appearances.

Has anyone ever considered 3D printing M15/19 keys?… is it even possible??? Sure there’s a spring on the inside, but still (maybe?)…..
