[GreenKeys] 28asr reperf question

Gang,

I have a 28asr that is not printing on the perf tape. I always thought 
it wasn't printing because the ribbon was dried out, but I put a new 
ribbon and still nothing. The print wheel seems to be moving as it 
should, the ribbon is threaded properly and it punches perfectly. Is the 
there some mechanical toggle or lever I should be activating? Thanks in 
advance.
